Braving the Elements Names Kimberly Woods as the Voice of Uki in Seven Havens

Uki's voice actor is no longer a mystery. Avatar: Braving the Elements, the official podcast hosted by Janet Varney and Dante Basco, welcomes Kimberly Woods in its companion episode for Chapter 4 of Avatar: Seven Havens, "The Faceless."

Season 5, Episode 6 arrived on October 16. YouTube titles it "The Missing Bender in Avatar: Seven Havens," while Apple Podcasts lists the 47-minute episode as "Finding the Missing Bender in Seven Havens with Kimberly Woods."

The official description keeps the setup simple: the Faceless invade Ellora, and Uki goes missing. While Jae and the girls search for her, the hosts say they're thrilled to have found her voice actress. It traces Woods' path from studying neuroscience in Princeton to becoming a firebender, and asks whether she can figure out what "portable sports" are. Darren Barnet, the voice of Daemin, is promised for a special Korraspondence segment.

That fills a gap. Paramount+'s official voice cast page, last updated October 15, doesn't list Uki, and our voice cast guide had her actor down as unconfirmed.

The Seven Havens companion run so far:

• Episode 3 (October 9): Michael Dante DiMartino, Ethan Spaulding and Sehaj Sethi on the premiere, "On the Horizon"
• Episode 4 (October 10): Saheli Khan and Aishu Devan, the voices of Pavi and Nisha, on Chapter 2, "Into the Storm"
• Episode 5 (October 11): Major Curda, an Avatar superfan who now voices the airbender Jae, on Chapter 3, "The Order"
• Episode 6 (October 16): Kimberly Woods on Chapter 4

Basco, the voice of Zuko, has thoughts on Jae too. In a 28-second short posted to the Avatar Legends channel on October 11, he calls the new character a little bit of a "Goody Two-Shoe."

Spoilers for the full chapter are in our Chapter 4 recap.
