20th Anniversary at NYCC: The Original Cast Reunites and a Cancelled Fighting Game Returns

Table reads with the original voice cast shared the weekend with the reveal of Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game.

Zach Tyler Eisen, Mae Whitman, Jack De Sena, Michaela Jill Murphy and Dante Basco joined Bryan Konietzko for live table reads at New York Comic Con 2025, moderated by Janet Varney.

The same weekend, Gameplay Group International revealed Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game. It revived a fighting game that Maximum Entertainment had announced in early 2024 and written off later that year.

Nickelodeon also previewed new Avatar: Chibi Minis shorts, and licensees showed toys, cards and books for the anniversary.
